A Collective of Maryland Construction Professionals

The CMAA Baltimore Chapter is a collective of Maryland construction professionals which represents the public and private construction and engineering sectors of the greater Baltimore, Maryland area. We provide training and career support for our members through virtual and in-person conferences, in addition to assisting local student chapters with educational resources, training and scholarships to create a solid foundation in the construction industry.

CMIT

Become a Construction Manager-in-Training

The CMIT is a self-paced certificate program that helps aspiring CM professionals launch and develop a successful career into the CM industry. The designation demonstrates competence in the practice of CM early in an individual’s career. Those who have earned their CMIT are able to demonstrate their investment in the industry as well as in their own professional development.
