Professional CM Course Licensing
Are you looking to conduct training on construction management? Let CMAA help you expand your offerings by customizing a license to fit your program.
Continuing Education Credit
A credit value is assigned to each CMAA course and seminar in the form of Professional Development Hours (PDH) and/or Learning Units (LU). CMAA guarantees that its course materials meet the requirements for a PDH, which is 60 minutes of instruction, or increments thereof.
Certification is an ongoing commitment to professional development that begins with passing the exam. The CMCI Board of Governors believes that all CCM’s should be actively involved in, and committed to the CM profession. Recertification of your CCM designation is required every 3 years and requires a $200 re-cert fee.
CMAA is a registered provider of continuing education through the Registered Continuing Education Program (RCEP). Electronic transcripts and certificates are available through the RCEP. All transcripts are reported based on the email address you provided to CMAA. Click here to self report credits through RCEP.
CMAA is registered with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an approved CES provider of Learning Units (LU). One educational contact hour equals one (1) LU. To receive through CMAA, you must provide your AIA member number on all registration materials and attendance forms. Transcripts are available through AIA.
*DISCLAIMER: Not all courses and educational activities offered may be acceptable for continuing education credit in your state. Please check your state licensing board’s requirements before submitting your credits. All courses approved by CMAA count toward CCM recertification points. For more information on recertification points, please visit RecertTrack. To self report credits through RCEP, click here.
